Final Policy
To request your Final Policy, it is best to first reach out to your Doma policy-issuing agent who handled your closing. They have access to all transaction documents and are the first point of contact for your inquiry. You will find their name and address listed on your Closing Statement or Closing Protection Letter under “Issuing Agent” or “Settlement Agent.” If the issuing agent has not fulfilled your request in a timely manner, you may contact Doma Title Insurance, Inc. via email at FinalPolicies@doma.com.
Please provide the following information to help us research your transaction, and identify and deliver your policy:
1. Complete property address, including city and state;
2. Complete names of all titleholders of record;
3. Date of closing/settlement; and
4. Party’s full name and contact information.
To protect your confidential personal information, the requestor must be either the Doma insured lender or title holder of record. Doma also does not provide policy copies for any purpose other than providing the insured owner or lender a copy of a policy for which the premium has already been paid and collected. Please allow 5 business days for a response from the Final Policy Team.
