MIAMI – September 17, 2024 – Doma Title Insurance, Inc. has appointed Shelly Rogers as Regional Agency Manager for its Texas Region. In this role, Rogers leads Doma’s Texas Region agency team, and provides marketing and technological support to assist Doma agents in building market share and increasing profitability.
Rogers brings 14 years of experience in title insurance, holding a variety of positions through the years in business development, sales and management, both in Texas and nationally. Most recently, she served as a director of national sales for a real estate technology and data company; prior to that, she served as vice president, Southwest regional sales manager for a national underwriter. Earlier in her career, she held the position of operations manager for a Texas-based title company, managing daily operations and finance for four branch offices.

A member of the American Land Title Association, Shelly is also a member of the Texas Land Title Association, where she serves on the Education Committee; the Oklahoma Land Title Association; the Dallas Builders Association; the National Association of Realtors; the Collin County Area Realtors; and the Dallas Builders Association. She is also a former trustee for the Texas Association of Realtors’ Political Action Committee, or TREPAC.
“Having started my career as a real estate agent, I then transitioned into title via direct operations and spent eight years on the agency side of the business, so this gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the important work title agents provide in the real estate industry,” said Rogers. “My goal is simple: To build a strong partnership with each of my agents through direct communication and support. Tapping into the core needs of each agent will allow me to use my expertise to help them grow according to their individual needs and market strategies.
