On September 27th, 2024, Doma Holdings, Inc. was acquired in a take-private transaction led by Centerbridge Partners.

Doma Technology, the technology and agency division of Doma Holdings, is now an independent, separately-capitalized company owned by Centerbridge, Hudson Structured Capital Management, and other investors.

Doma Title Insurance (DTI), the underwriting division, was acquired by Title Resources Group (TRG), a leading title insurance underwriter majority-owned by Centerbridge.
